RESPONSIBILITY comes from the root word "response".This means you should respond to a situation rather than react to it.Taking RESPONSIBILITY will define you as a person of high integrity and conviction,and this in turn will make others look up to you.

 A little boy asked his mother " Why are you crying?"
"Because i'm a woman" she told him.
" I don't understand" he said.
His mum just hugged him and said "And you never will."
Later the little boy asked his father.
"Why does mother seem to cry for no reason?"
"All woman cry for no reason," was all his dad could say.
The little boy grew up and become a man, still wondering why woman cry.
Finally he put in a call to God; and when God got on the phone, he asked, "God, why do woman cry so! easily?"
God said "When i made woman she had to be special. I made her shoulders strong enough to carry the weight of the world, yet, gentle enough to give comfort.
I gave her a inner strenght to endure childbirth and the rejection that many times comes from her children. I gave her the sensitivity to love her children under any and all circumstances, even when her child has hurt her very badly. I gave her wisdom to know that a good husband never hurts his wife, but sometimes tests her strengths and her resolve to stand beside him unfalteringly.
And finally, I gave her a tear to shed. This is hers exclusively to use whenever it is needed."
You see: The beauty of a woman is not in the clothes she wears, the figure that she carries, or the way she combs her hair!
The beauty of a woman must be seen in her eyes, because that is the doorway to her heart the place where love resides.
28 July FuN wIfT Colleagueaudrey,after i come back from business trip,pls arrange a karaoke section.this is what my boss had ask me to do.wow....sing K with my boss woh...quite hard to accept
 .another things,don't know wether my colleague are like to join or not....hm...let me think??Is it boss want to test our sales department wether we are brave enought or not??or he just want have fun with us??aiya...don't care lah,as long our sales department all are going.boss pay..hehe.... . but there is a problem,no one admin department is joining....Just 3 of us plus boss...uh... haha...since boss force the another to join..they have no choice.
everybody was there,including keng leng(bos's wife),little gin han(bos's son)....and pinky(bos's friend) was there to.except 1 colleague,reason was i need to take look after my children.however,everybody was happy and fun.o..the little pinky are more fun than us,he is drank n o..embrassed.anyway,i' am glad that everybody can come and have fun.  05 June WhY i hAtE mEn!!!! i hate men becoz they bring me into alleys,dance halls,taverns and bedrooms.they press me and feel me all over with their finger..................... after they got me hot,they hold me wif their lips and drag the life out of me

 .......however is reli fun v play those heng dai...hahaha......on dinner time,wah....quite kelam kabut......but happy oso....eat,drink,take photo .............
wah de alex ah,wan to push melissa drink but bcoz of her parent is oppsite our table...no chance liaw...but they push vivian n me 2 drink.huh!!!not scare at all......

 CONGRATULATION ASA & AH LIANG tak ada suarahaiz....bad bad bad.....i hav sick again last week.n now i i i canot speak loud ah!!!!!!!day by day getting worse.everyone ask was wrong with my voice,i say "sexy lah".......everyone laugh at me

04 May sick sick sickhaiz.....2day no good ah,no good ah....sick sick sick.wah...after eat medicine ah,sleep whole day...aiyo...sakit belakang ah....tot can sweet dream,HUH!!2day so many ppl call me.kacau kacau.however,i still can continue sleep,but my sweet dream spoil liaw la...
luckly im not very bad,better than sis.Haiz....getting whole week she sick.
tml she got exam woh..haiz...wat i can do??nothing!juz pray 4 God healing n recovery...
huh...not juz sis,Hkeong oso sick...wah...everbody oso sick.....
